ED Teacher Networking Project Budget Code:  
This activity provides support for model projects that demonstrate compelling applications of electronic networks in support of teacher professional development. It is intended to increase teacher participation in electronic networking to enhance teachers' access to resources for self- improvement, and provide information about how teachers can use electronic networks as an effective means of professional development. Priority is given to networks for teachers in schools serving high concentrations of students from poor families.
