Nekeia J. Butler
Executive Secretary
Ms. Butler is the Executive Secretary for the NITRD Subcommittee. She provides the executive-level support and expertise in meeting planning, coordination, and facilitation of the NITRD Subcommittee Meetings. Ms. Butler serves as the records manager for the Subcommittee and ensures compliance in accordance with the rules governing this National Science and Technology Council. In addition, Ms. Butler supports the NITRD Subcommittee Co-chairs by preparing draft reports, emails, and other various documents on their behalf. Ms. Butler received her B.S. in Biology from Norfolk State University.
