President's Council of Advisors on Science and Technology (PCAST)

The United States President's Council of Advisors on Science and Technology (PCAST) is an advisory group, chartered in each administration with a broad mandate to advise the President on science and technology. The PCAST was originally established through Executive Order 13226, and most recently re-established by Executive Order 13539 on April 21, 2010. The PCAST charter was renewed by the White House in an Executive Order on September 29, 2017.
