The NITRD NCO, on behalf of the National Science and Technology Council (NSTC) Select Committee on Artificial Intelligence (AI), published a Request for Information (RFI) on September 26, 2018, to obtain public input for the Update to the 2016 National Artificial Intelligence Research and Development Strategic Plan. The RFI comment period ended on October 26, 2018, with inputs received from industry, academia, and private sector.
